• Device Information: We may access non-personal, technical device properties such as operating system version, system language settings, and device orientation configurations to customize and optimize the layout flow.

2. Android App Permissions

To deliver its core premium e-book utility, Tomeflow Read requires the following system permissions:

• Storage Access (Read External Storage/All Files Access): Required to allow you to locate, import, and read documents from your local filesystem.
• Text-to-Speech (TTS) Access: Utilizes the default native Android Text-to-Speech mechanism to synthesize speech and read documents aloud. Language selection (Arabic and English) is processed locally by your operating system.

3. Third-Party Services

Tomeflow Read does not include social media tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, or advertising networks that collect background telemetry. If you access or import documents using third-party services (such as Google Drive or cloud hosting providers), your data is subject to those providers' respectively defined privacy terms.

4. Children’s Privacy

Tomeflow Read does not target, collect, or request personal identifier data from children under the age of 13. Since all functions are containerized locally on-device, parents can rest assured that no student data is ever broadcast or shared.

Since we do not collect, transmit, or store personal identifier data on remote servers, your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are inherently respected.
