Fantom TaskFlow is designed to respect your privacy. We collect only the minimal data necessary for the App to function:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information.
All information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the core functionality of the App. Specifically:
The App requests the following permissions, each used exclusively for a specific feature:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To display reminders for tasks with due dates. You can grant or deny this permission through your device settings.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM): To schedule precise-time notifications for your task reminders.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): To re-schedule your task reminders after a device restart so that no notification is missed.No permission is used for data collection, advertising, or analytics purposes.
Fantom TaskFlow does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. The App operates entirely offline and does not communicate with any external servers.
The only third-party libraries used are open-source packages (such as flutter_local_notifications, share_plus, fl_chart, and others) that operate locally on your device and do not transmit data externally.
All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite (via sqflite) and SharedPreferences. We implement reasonable physical and technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no local storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We recommend enabling your device's built-in encryption and lock-screen protection.
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You may delete individual tasks at any time through the App interface. When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is automatically removed from your device.
If you have created a backup file via the export feature, you must manually delete that file to remove it from your storage.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will investigate and delete such data as appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
